Customer Service was wonderful, I did expect the rooms to be more comfortable, we have visited alot of Hiltons and I was disappointed by this one for the price. Great shower water pressure was a bonus, Hotel entrance was classy and the bar/restaurant was great. Expected them to have another dining location onsite for the size and location of the hotel, but you can use the Hilton across the street for that if you can get in.
