Everyone there was nice and the regular visit was reasonable until it becomes time for treatment. You get a young probably new to Veterinary med doctor who spends less than 5 min with you and your pet and someone else comes in and lays on the "recommended" treatment which is no less than double to triple what any other vet in town will charge you. They look for things to hit you with that are not pertinent to the issue. My cat had a small abscess on the back of his neck from a fight. Final recommended bill nearly 500 dollars. We refused several of the treatments but they said he needed the antibiotic that would be 65 dollars. I knew the price was double what it was worth and ask if a prescription could be wrote for a generic and they said that People meds where too strong for the cat. We left with an untreated cat that was diagnosed at a bill of 105 dollars. I called the next day and ask for an approval for the same prescription online on voicemail. They called me back with an approval for that then didn't sign off on the approval. I called them and they refused to approve it and said and antibiotic would not be enough (although they would have done just it in the office) and said because I refused treatment that they would not approve the prescription. So DON'T waste your money. You will spend less at an emergency clinic after hours and get better treatment than going to them on a sunday. I can't stress this enough. They want your money and don't really care about the health of your animal. I feel sorry for the Vets that start out in this kind of corporate environment. It was over a 100 dollar lesson in poor business and overpriced BS.
