I knew the car I wanted to buy when I walked into the dealership. However, I hadn't decided which dealer I would buy from as I had spoken to salespeople at all Lexus dealers within a 50 mile radius from my home. Finding the right dealer was important to me as I had a longstanding relationship with my last car dealer (12+ years). Ultimately, I decided to buy from Herb Chambers Lexus of Hingham because Andrew showed that he valued my business. He spent time answering all of my questions (I had a lot) and kept me informed about their vehicle inventory as I was looking for a particular color (exterior and interior) with specific options. He communicated with me via phone, email and text but never pestered or pressured me. The entire process was incredibly easy and convenient. Having visited other dealerships, I knew that I would not only buy from Andrew but I would also continue to bring my car back for all scheduled maintenance. By the way, the showroom and service areas are more comfortable than some others I visited. If the rest of my experience goes as well as my car-buying one, I look forward to being a longtime customer of Herb Chambers Lexus of Hingham.
