Can not comment on the sale department, since I bought my volvo somewhere else and later moved to OKC.

The service departments are doing great. Have heard some bad things about the Mercedes side but definitely not Volvo.

The staffs are friendly, the work are done in a timely manner, the courtesy pickup service (Joe) are great. My car is still under warranty so not sure about the service charge. They have follow up calls to make sure costumers are satisfied. Although this is what I expected from a semi luxury brand dealer.

I would recommend this place to other people.
