Unfortunately, my husband passed away while we were out of town. A close family member who has dealt with the Neptune Society before suggested they would be the people who could best help. We were blessed to have Carlos assigned to our care. From our first conversation until our last, Carlos was extremely professional, informative, understanding, respectful, and empathetic. Carlos was so kind and even gifted me with a beautiful necklace containing the ashes of my beloved spouse.
