Made an appointment to take care of an airbag recall and although the assistant service manager (Rafael) was really nice and professional, I had to wait 2hrs for my car only to find out that they had not ordered the right part!!! ...had to come back the next day and waited another 2 hours to finally get my car properly fixed.
