I have had the worst experience with ICC over the last 3 years and I am about to sue them for personal injuries which they have contributed to now that I am losing my home. From the day I moved in and was made to wait for 1h:45m for the elevator I booked and reserved, which was then promptly removed from service at 2PM after being allowed 45 mins of my 3 hour window, I had to pay $650 more for labour that my movers were forced into and carry everything one at a time. I put a $500 deposit down for the elevator, but management would not assume any responsibility. I have had security unlock my door in the middle of the night for no reason, reported burglaries and been criticized and belittled by the Property Manager, made requests 4 times to access condo records which went not only unfulfilled but also un-replied to, reported a bike stolen which security took 5 days before they checked the tapes and informed me there was no footage, but would not confirm or tell me THE OWNER how long/far the tapes are kept, reported a home invasion which i was drugged and told "don't let those people in then", been insulted by the property manager in front of other staff, had untrue accusations made by the PM in writing, and not received any responses to many of my messages sent to both the PM and ICC's owner... THIS COMPANY IS DEPLORABLE... I am currently about to take LEGAL ACTION to show them just how much harm they have done!
