I've been with Martek Global for four years now. I even left the company for what looked like a great opportunity. They welcomed me back with no ill feelings. They have a fantastic group of people working together.

Biggest Pro - Positive people trying to make positive changes and an involved executive suite. I've never seen a company with both CEO and President hand signing letters.

Biggest Con - Many employees support clients on-site and those employees are stuck in a weird position where we have to keep the client happy without losing themselves. Martek is clearly trying to make changes to help employees feel less stranded.
