We have had our KB pool for 3 years now. It is beautiful and low maintenance. The team did great job on the pool and patio design. The best part is we have had zero issues. In fact, the only issue we had was this week when a capacitor fizzled out on the pump. I pinged KB online, got a response from Bo in <5 minutes and Ken (who is the nicest guy on the planet) was out to fix it the very next morning. You rarely find service like that. Nice work KB.
