I was so pleased with the Customer Service that AJ Santellana displayed when he introduced himself. He covered his shoes and put is mask on before he entered my home. He is such a polite young man. He kept his mask all the time. AJ explained everything to me and asked if I had any questions. His custiomer skills are excellent. I am so glad that I am now part of the Jon Wayne family. I give AJ an excellent review (10). and Jon Wayne a 10 for hiring such a great emplpyee, Thank you Lupe Cevallos.
