1) We paid 120 pax for the event, but the food was...

1) We paid 120 pax for the event, but the food was not constantly being replenished and thus, there was not enough food being served to the guests (especially during the lunch hours). Some of the dishes were left with 1 or 2 pieces and we had to share the food portion with our distinguished guests which is a very disgraceful experience for an organiser. With the pax we signed up for, there should be 2 tables lined up with the same food for breakfast, tea breaks and lunch. Moreso, the guests headcount was lower than the pax we paid for! The remaining food was not accountable for, nor we have seen the remaining portion.

2) The food served for the tea breaks were generally not fresh.
- The cream puffs were not fresh. There was literally no crisp texture and very little cream filling. They looked more like custard puffs and taste very sweet.
- The croissant was served cold and had a very soft texture. The ham croissant doesn't taste fresh.
- Tea were too dilluted.
- The menu stated BBQ chicken, but we were served with food with presentation and taste like spicy rendang chicken.

3) The supervisor and staff serving the food and drinks should be around to assist with the replenishment and serving of guests.

Overall, the experience was not up to our minimum expectation.
