Absolutely shocking customer service. Ive just gone onto monthly money so needed abit of extra help to see me through. Whent through the whole procedure, yes everythings accepted you will receive the cash with in the next 2 hours. Nothings more needs to be done. I spend my last bit of cash what was for food on a bus ticket for the month to stop me having to walk to work to the get a phone call 2 hours later saying that it has now been declined. Absolutely shocking.
