Amazing place!.. Totally worth it!.. Rent some sandboards in the nearest town!!!! That activity is the beeeest in the dunes!!!!
Nice parking lots with restrooms, outdoor showers, water fountain.
It starts with a little river in the sand. People with beach chairs and kids playing building sand castles. After that.. Is like a dessert, sand hills, little and huge sand mountains. You can go everywhere you want. The hike can be very very tough, the wind and weather can get rough too. So long sleeves, pants and raincoat.
Get hydratated during the day, lots of sunscreen(the sun is all year long).. And OFF for the sunset mosquito attack!
