They were super supportive of my situation. I had troubles with my security lock (lug nut removal was damaged)on my tires and couldn t even change a spare. VW doesn t sell the exact replacement. Frustrated and upset, given the amount of time this consumed me, they helped remove all my security nuts complimentary and help me get my car back on the road.
If it wasn t for them, I d be very disappointed with VW.
Great team. Second time I have been there.
