I used to work at this hospital, specializing in Trauma and Orthopaedics (Ward 31), and it was a great job, with plenty of saatisfaction with helping people get better.
A lot of patients said they felt isolated, as many hospitals have 4-6 bedded bays, dealing with the same sex.
But my mum was admitted to Ward 30 (Elective Orthopaedics), back on the 23rd of march, and had her total left knee replacement on the same day.
Apart from the A&E Dept that have cubicles, and a ward in A&E called (Clinical Decisions Unit), and downstairs in the SSSU (Short Stay Surgery Unit), the rest of the hospital and wards, each patient gets their very own room, with en-suite, flat screen TV, and now the Internet (If you take your own Laptop or Tablet).

My mum had only been to this hospital for X-rays, and outpatient appointments. But as my mum put it, when she had her operation "This place is the NHS version of The Ritz"!!!

Would recommend this hospital for treatment, to anyone who needs it.
