We started dealing with high river autoplex over the phone on our 2016 mini lite travel trailer as we live in okanagan falls british columbia. Yes we tried to shop in kelowna but high river autoplex was a way better deal for the 9 hour drive. So we are dealing on a trailer we have only seen online. Jared did a great job assuring us that the unit is exactly what we expected in the deal. He also went above to help install my hitch and trouble shooting any time i have called him. Rob who works in the finance depatment is the guy who sealed the deal for our purchase. He assisted us in ever call and text and fax needed to make a smooth purchase and still asks how things are going . Thxs rob.. the only thing that they missed was to have a intransit permit. Make sure you have that first if your from out of province. I will finish by saying they care about their customers far away from signing the deal. We love our mini-lite and if we upgrade years from now we will be back to their dealership and i hope rob is still there to deal with.
