After approximately 3 weeks where 10 emails and an over an hour spent on several phone calls to try and find a missing part for a Samsung TV stand I was told the only solution was to return the part, at our cost, to Sibnet, they would then look into the issue. Even with an email showing the pictures of the missing part along with the part numbers (which I had to provide) I was still told they would not send this information onto Samsung to seek the missing part without its physical return. The TV is for a client and there is no other option of temporarily mounting without the stand, Sibnet would not even entertain the idea of passing on my information to Samsung to have this resolved. Fredy and Andrew could not have been less helpful.
