I am surprised with all the positive customer service reviews.

I called to ask about printing some invitations. The woman I spoke to was rude and very short. She said I couldn't bring in the paper I had already purchased, and then snapped when I asked if they could provide the appropriate paper (no). Generally made me feel dumb for calling. She cut the call off by asking me to send her an email instead. I would get your invites printed elsewhere.

Maybe the other staff is more helpful.
