So disappointed.

So disappointed.
We have bought 4 cars. I have never had such poor service as on my last request.
My panel broke on the rear passenger door.i was in twice in July. I was back in sepSeptem. I had promises of repair...but all quick fixed.
I called and requested a new panel.
It wasn't ordered thouft I was told it was.
I brought it in after I called and requested the part and a repair date on my own.
I was asked to bring it over on a thThursd and did picked up a very dirty smelling rental...
I drove the rental for five days because my work order was never written.
They sent the door panel back to ford because no order was written...
I waited the two extra days to get the panel back and installed.
Ugh. Terrible service from a great dealership...but no offer to even make amends.
