A spacious arena and centre. A cafe is available on the lower floor. Lifts are available outside although not obvious - to the left of the main entrance stairs) and inside. It is very warm especially in the Velodrome itself. Unfortunately the PA leaves alot to be desired. The speakers could have been better positioned. The sound echoes as to be unintelligible.
