As a retired construction project manager I can appreciate good workmanship. I found that Gilpin's roof mechanics were fast, efficient and did a quality installation for my home's new roof. The price was very competitive. I was impressed enough to hire them to install new facias, Soffits with new gutters and downspouts. When they came out to do this new work they discovered that they had vastly under-estimated the scope of work and under-priced the estimate by a pretty good amount. However, they insisted that they would stick by their proposal and would do the job even if it meant that they would lose money on the job. I was halfway expecting them to try to cut corners to minimize their loss, but found that they delivered a first-class job just as they had with the original re-roofing.
