Austin Mason Man replaced our mailbox, and I also contracted with them for a very small link between a low retaining wall and a metal retainer. The mailbox was perfect. Alex, the older mason, measured every stone. When it came to the link he did a disappointing job. The first time he tried to get away with just slapping cement behind the existing stone. The second time he just slanted the stones into the retaining wall instead of cutting them and abutting them into the incline. I was disappointed because based on the mailbox I knew he could do a much better job. I paid them the $100 I had agreed to with Cindy in the office ( down from the $250 and then $150 that they originally wanted). It's still almost 95 degrees here at 5pm working in full sun. So maybe that plays into the job I got. But I can only give them 3 stars despite a very nice job on the mailbox.
