I went from pudgy to bikini bod in 3 months with Maria. The plan was tailored needs and totally reasonable. Maria is like a knowledgeable big sister during the process, encouraging and positive, but willing to call me out when I wasn't on plan.
Their new plans include personal training and supplements, which are much cheaper than anywhere else I have found. You get so much for the price.
