I really enjoy the fitness classes here! The class sizes are small allowing for personal attention and focus on doing the exercises correctly to maximize results and to recruit the right muscles for the workout. The facility is squeaky clean and the owners and staff are upbeat and professional. I highly recommend this gym!!
