Worst Mercedes Dealership EVER! Do not take your car here for servicing. The attendents and staff are rude and incompetent. I busted a tire and needed it replaced. The agent, Osmond, said he checked to see if I had Road Hazard Insurance in the Nat'l Database but "couldn't find it" so instead of calling Brumos in JAX to get the information they charged me $350 for one tire. I paid just to get the hell out of there and later called Osmond back on a conference call with Brumos in JAX who faxed them the info to prove my tire was 100% covered by the Road Hazard Insurance. Osmond said "thank you this is all I need. I will call you once it's been adjusted." Well, that was 2 weeks and 8 phone calls ago and still my AMEX has not been adjusted, nor have I receive a courtesy call from the Service Agent Osmond. I called AMEX and disputed the charge. It looks like they would call to adjust the amount and charge me the $29.99 for installation.
