Absolutely LOVED the lobby and the architecture of this building and it's history. There is a speakeasy in the basement w/a secret passage. If you ask, they may show you and tell you the history. There are also some cases with artifacts you can browse, down the steps around the corner from the main desk. The bar was quaint with quite a selection. Be prepared, the rooms are small, and have the 'older' charm. I Loved it, my husband was less of a fan. He travels a lot and is used to larger and more amenities. There is a breakfast buffet for an additional fee. The location was nice and convenient, as we walked to Fourth St for dinner and live music in the streets under the covered road.
