Absolutely horrible. Staff is extremely unnatentive, uncaring, and unresponsive. Had two rooms and within minutes of checking in they had given our already checked in room to another guest. Dirty silverware was found when first checking in as well as dirty cups. Went to the front desk to request towels to our room, after 30 minutes and no towel we called to ask about the status of them which the front desk clerk rudley hung up after saying he would check on them. The towels never ended up arriving and we had to go grab ones by the pool. 0/10 will never be staying at an embassy again.
