Know what you are getting into before blindly signing a contract. Most issues result from 3rd party originators not being honest or truth worthy regarding the insurance requirements or interim rent payments. Yes they are a big company with over 1,000 employees, so if you don't have a direct point of contact it can be difficult getting a hold of someone. I would always recommend reaching out to initial person you spoke with when confirming your lease/finance as well as any vendor or 3rd party that you worked with. These contacts most certainly will be able route your call. Don't let your insurance lapse, and if it does, send it in to the email address/fax number on the documents as soon as soon as possible.
