I want to give a big shout out to Dr. John and his staff at Breakthru Physical Therapy located within ProSwim Fitness Facility in Mt. Laurel. I decided to use them initially as my daughter is a member of ProSwim. I liked the idea of transitioning over to training at the fitness facility with the PT being there to help me if needed. This facility is very close to Whole Foods on 73 so easy access.
I have had many occasions to need PT over the years and have tried many different ones. I found a winner in Breakthru. John truly listens and responds immediately to any concerns, he would watch closely to make sure I was doing the activity correctly. He would at times modify my activity to allow greater strength and healing with less pain.
I can truly say my time spent was a gift to me. I went from barely supporting my weight without pain to a much healthier me:)
