Paid a bill at a location to avoid an autopay. Paid it too late to avoid the withdraw. Called them and they said they would have it reversed and put back in. Called back a couple days later to get a confirmation since I didn't get one, Representative says they can't and they have to cut me a check and they will put a request in and it can take up to a couple days to do that and will be sent out 10 business days from that day. Going on 12 business days and still no check.
Messaged them again and now no one answering my questions as to where my refund is. Very nice. Never late on a payment for two years I've been a customer. Very quick to take my money but slow as F $%# giving it back. Incompetent and unacceptable customer service.
