Having been here for the opening five years ago, we've continued to come back even after some mediocre service. However, our latest visit will certainly be our last.
Upon being seated, we did not have enough silverware for our whole party. We only received it after asking specifically for more, and that was after our meal was delivered. We were also only brought three plates for a table of four with our appetizer, and had to ask twice for a fourth plate. We had to ask multiple times for more ketchup as well, which quickly became tiresome.
At the end of our meal, again we were brought two mints for a table of four, and even received a neighboring table's receipt and credit card! Luckily the other table was honest and eager to trade our receipt and credit card for theirs. Yes, the two were switched between our tables which is not only infuriating, but potentially dangerous.
Finally, if a restaurant is going to have coloring pages for children, it's helpful to have the same page for all the children at the table. Providing two different pages inevitably causes arguments. Furthermore, providing a pink page full of material possessions and beauty items, as well as a focus on shopping and consumerism to my daughter is completely unacceptable on multiple levels. In fact, that may have been enough to lose my business altogether. The page with animals that my son received would have been perfectly acceptable for them both, as well as any other child in your establishment.
