Not professional at all. They have no clue what they re doing and will try to get ever nickel and dime they can from you. Tried to charge my roomates and i the same amount 3 different times first claiming it was for water, then electric, then we were short on rent . They have good properties but don t know how to manage them or treat the customers. The siding of our house is filthy and needs to be pressure washed. Asked them to come do it in August, they agreed to along with doing the same for other houses they own in the area. It is now December and not one house has been cleaned. Also tried to change our lease by making us add co-signers 4 months after the lease had been signed. Guess they don t realize it s a legal document. Just all around very unprofessional group of people. Do not rent with them.
