A few years ago I move to Boston and my friend recommended going here because she had been going on for years. Overall my experience here is good. The the desk workers scene genuine as well as the doctors and dentists that I've seen. My only complaint is the ridiculous prices on some of their procedures that aren't covered by MassHealth. But to be fair that is a nationwide problem and not just this Hospital. Overall their service is good I just fear when and if I have to pay for a procedure out of pocket.
