Horrible customer service. Open 8-8 Eastern but t...

Horrible customer service. Open 8-8 Eastern but they apparently don't have any staff 'in-house'. I've been on hold for over 45 minutes and the on-line chat will not connect. I wouldn't give one star unless it was required to post this.
