I have used the Phoebe Spectrum colour changing lights in a gym and find them very good. However i bough a pair of no colour changing for a downstairs washroom. The idea of the light s is very simple and you can tune the light level to your needs. Unfortunately they never keep thier settings almost every day I have to open the app and re learn the settings. The reason is simple the programming reverts to bright white and bright yellow alternatively if the switch is operated within five seconds of the initial switch on. Five seconds is a long time if you just pop in at night to code an alarm. They are really not fit for purpose. Two seconds would be sensible and stop the issues.
