Would have cancelled my reservation before check-in I hadn't prepaid.

The check-in process was terrible and took over an hour with the lines. They have four quick check-in kiosks, but only one was working and pretty much everyone needed assistance even with the one working machine.

Hallways and rooms are worse than some 60 dollar motel rooms I've stayed in. Carpet is in taters and coming off the floor. Bathroom has mildew and the previous tenants hair in the sink.

Quite possibly the worst hotel I've ever stayed in.
