Appalling customer relations. My simple non fault claim has bn passed from one handler to another. They don't reply to emails, won't answer phone calls. When you do get through they're rude and ignorant. I spoke to them (eventually) a few weeks ago asking why they haven't made any progress on my claim, to be told they hadn't done anything for a few months and were unlikely to do anything soon
I wish I'd never heard of them and would leave a - 5 stars if possible. Carloe Nash should be ashamed of themselves for usi g this so called legal firm.
