Very central hotel but parking or lack of near ent...

Very central hotel but parking or lack of near entrance frustrating especially in peak hour traffic. Build next door noise till 8pm inaccepable. Rooms really nice but additional lighting in main area would be nice. Restaurant fantastic. Hand rail at foot of bath to assist getting in and out of please.
