Check in was painful with a new person that had not been adequately trained. The rooms are loud. Even on the 7th floor you could here is commotion in the lobby. At 11:30am room service walked into my room despite the "do not disturb" sign posted to remind me check out is at noon. I am not sure why that was necessary but it was unwelcome. And to top it all off, the hotel charged me for valet parking despite not having a car. When I called to have them reverse the charge, the front desk said he could not do it and there was not a manger available to talk to. So now I have to spend the time disputing that charge with my credit card company. What should have been a nice stay was ruined by their terrible staff and lack of management.
