After spending roughly $500 for law school books, I switched classes and needed to return a couple of books worth close to $200. I was told by an employee on a Wednesday that I had until Tuesday of the following week to return the books for a full refund. I showed up that Friday and was told that I missed the deadline to return the books by less than 24 hours, but they would graciously let me sell them back for next to nothing - maybe I could get $18 for one. The same manager who sold me the books in the first place pointed to the fine print on the receipt as if to say, "Wow, you idiot, the return date is right there." If your own employees can't figure it out, don't treat your customers like morons. I've bought books and supplements there every semester, so it's a shame that they won't treat repeat customers any better. I won't be going back; that was a very expensive mistake.
