Called to get a diagnosis report to see what needed to be fixed with my ac unit. The unit was not blowing cold air. Chris came out to inspect the unit and give me a diagnosis. He said the unit was bent on the inside, leaking from being frozen, and the refrigerant was outdated. He said it would be over $3000 to fix here in San Antonio and recommended a new unit. I told him I needed him to email me the diagnosis for my warranty and he said he would get it done for me. Installers came the next day, installed the new unit, amazing people. I again called about the diagnosis and the lady said he was not there but she would let him know. I called for over a month and no reply from Chris. My warranty called him and he said he never diagnosed it and that I refused to get it fixed but insisted on a new unit. Disgusting how unprofessional Chris was, lying to my warranty because he refused to give a diagnosis. I think this guy just swindles people into buying new units. It s hard to trust this company now because of this guy. I hope no one falls for this trick the way I did.
