Rawhide is only open for special events. We went to the Mother's Day buffet. The food was not consistantly great, but the ribeye and the pork chops were wonderful. Veggies were overcooked for me. Dessert was gone by the time we got there (we had a late seating at 3pm). It seems that you need to get there early for the cheesecake and other pastries bc some people take enough for 12 rather than 1 or 2 pieces. The staff apologized bc all we got were store bought donuts instead of the promoted sweets. Overall it was decent.
