I wish I could give it less than 1 star, I had a two cars in my policy we recently acquired another car so we took one out of the policy and added the new car, they told me my payments were going to remain the same $246.47 and i was just going to pay changing vehicles on the next bill. It turns out that my payments are not going to remain the same but they are $100 dollars more now which is a big difference. The staff doesn't seem to have knowledge about their policies when I asked why it was going to be more after they said it was going to remain the same they told me it was because of Policy fees and installment fees, go figure. Currently looking for another insurance
