The hotel is very good for the price and the location. But the reception staff are extremely incompetent and pointless. So that takes away from a lot of the experience. Don't expect any early check in even by one minute. They'll make you wait till 2pm check in time and even a little bit after irrespective of how long you've been waiting for.
