Jets has to have the worst customer service ever. Want you to contact the store owner. Good luck! Sent my pizzas out with a customer that had took them out to his truck, opened the boxes realized that he had received the wrong order ,brought them back in as I was standing by the register, while the girl working was looking for my order, Then the customer walked back inside and had asked if I was Joe,then stated that my pizzas had looked good,the girl at the register started to ring out my order and expected me to buy the product after it left the store. ,in disbelief I was floored that they would have even try to resell a product that had left the building. Contacted the store and office to no satisfaction no one at either location contacted me. All I can say is that I am thankful I had arrived a bit early or the store would have given me a comprised product. There are many independent owners of pizza stores, I prefer to give my money to them that take pride in the product they provide, and work hard for customer loyalty as they try to sustain a business where the corporate world is trying to destroy.
