Hyatt Kuantan's quality has deteriotated significantly since the last time we came here. Stayed here for the 3rd time in the span of 2 years and this time around, had the worst check-in experience (waited almost 3 hours, from 3 to 5.45 p.m. for our room) our shower was leaking, closet sliding door was not working properly and overall poor attentiveness by Hyatt staff. This is very,very bad considering we highly rave about this place to everyone coming to Kuantan. May not come here again if the rest of our stay is unpleasant.
