Relatively new I gather, but already a gathering place for locals, one table of whom engaged us in friendly fashion. Great view from the Embarcadero of the Oakland bridge. Amazing wine list, glasses and bottles, and, very rare now days, a sommelier, not snobby but friendly and knowledgeable. I tipped him as well as our server, older, experienceed, but with a great sense of humor and a thorough professional. If you like great seafood, or just cocktails with a beautiful view, you should go.
