I arrived from Va. at around 9:00 pm.

I arrived from Va. at around 9:00 pm.
The 2 room keys was not working. I had to go back downstairs 2x from the 3914 floor to changed the room keys but the keys was still not working. The 3rd time I had to call them from upstairs to tell them it was not still working, so they told me they will send the locksmith to take care of it. We had to wait upstairs for an hour before the locksmith showed up. Me and my friend already sitting on the floor upstairs waiting. We supposed to stay for 4 days but we checked out after 2 days.
Then all elevators are all out of service that morning dec. 20. Again, we had to wait for 45 mins before it worked. Our experienced in this hotel is terrible.
Customer service so unprofessional. He Tried to put the blame on me why the keys for the room are not working. He said
I love Caesar Palace in VEGAS.
But not in Atlantic City. We were very disappointed.
I will never check in on this hotel. NEVER AGAIN !!!

P.S. The Gordon Ramsey Restaurant Customers Service was excellent!
