The resort stay was fabulous. They were very accommodating. We had asked to switch views and they made it so easy, we also needed to call room service and security because we had trouble figuring out the safe and the response was very fast and friendly. All the staff was exceptional and the hotel itself is a wonderful and easy way to get to the parks in the morning. If you are visiting the parks, this is the way to go the walking path is short and there is even a rickshaw if you wish. There are also boat rides to citywalk which are complimentary. Overall had an amazing time! :D
