I don't want to speak here for the whole Ova Design team, because I haven't done business with all the designers in the company. However, my personal experience with one of their designers (here Vanessa May-Martin) forces me to only have to give one star. Although the first contact was pleasant and seemed very professional, everything was spoiled as the project progressed. In short, it comes down to: no consideration of our budget in the furniture suggestions, difficulties in having an adequate follow-up with this one towards half of the project, no return on the work ... or if! Weeks later, when there were important elements to be decided before the end of these such as the choice of wall colors. In the end, I will say that we paid too much for the services obtained, especially since I myself had to end up being my own "designer"!

So I do not recommend.
